Joseph Jason Namakaeha Momoa (geboren 1 augustus 1979) is een Amerikaanse acteur en filmmaker. Hij maakte zijn acteerdebuut als Jason Ioane in de actiedramaserie Baywatch: Hawaii (1999-2001), waarna hij Ronon Dex speelde in de Syfy sciencefictionserie Stargate Atlantis (2005-2009), Khal Drogo in de eerste twee seizoenen van de HBO fantasydramaserie Game of Thrones (2011-2012), Declan Harp in de historische dramaserie Frontier van Discovery Channel (2016-2018) en Baba Voss in de Apple TV+ sciencefictionserie See (2019-heden). Momoa speelde de hoofdrol in de twee laatstgenoemde series. Sinds 2016 vertolkt Momoa de rol van Arthur Curry / Aquaman in het DC Extended Universe (DCEU), met de gelijknamige film uit 2018 en het vervolg uit 2023. Momoa speelde ook Duncan Idaho in de verfilming uit 2021 van de sciencefictionroman Dune.
