高畑勋（Takahata Isao）（1935年10月29日—2018年4月5日），出生于日本三重县伊势市，日本导演、编剧。制作人，毕业于东京大学文化科。 1959年，高畑勋加入了东映动画。1963年，担任神话动画电影《小王子与八头龙》的副导演。1964年，执导个人首部动画片《狼少年》。1968年，与宫崎骏、大冢康生等合作执导冒险动画电影《太阳王子霍尔斯的大冒险》。1974年，执导动画片《阿尔卑斯山的少女》。1979年，执导动画片《红发少女安妮》。1984年，担任动画电影《风之谷》的制作人。1986年，担任奇幻动画电影《天空之城》的制作人。1988年，执导灾难动画电影《萤火虫之墓》。1989年，担任动画电影《魔女宅急便》的音乐制作。1991年，执导的爱情动画电影《岁月的童话》获得第15届日本电影学院奖话题奖-最具话题影片奖。1994年，自编自导奇幻动画电影《百变狸猫》。1999年，执导喜剧动画电影《我的邻居山田君》，该片获得第3届文部省文化厅媒体艺术祭动画部门优秀奖。2003年，参演纪录片《Paul Grimault, image par image》。2009年，获得第62届洛迦诺国际电影节金豹奖。2010年，执导儿童动画电影《红发少女安妮 剧场版》。2015年，凭借奇幻动画电影《辉夜姬物语》获得第42届安妮奖最佳动画电影导演奖。2016年，获得第43届安妮奖温瑟·麦凯奖 。 2018年4月5日，高畑勋去世，享年82岁。
